Community Hospice Foundation Provides Help for Patients
and Families, and Honors those Providing the Care

The mission of Community Hospice Foundation is twofold: To help patients and their families who are suffering financial as well as emotional stress during a very difficult time; and to recognize and honor hospice caregivers – the nurses, nursing assistants, chaplains, social workers, and volunteers – who are devoted to providing the best, most compassionate care and support possible.

The Foundation raises funds to support the crusade against life-limiting conditions by contributing to community awareness and education; scholarships and research; and programs that engage in the practical ministry of indigent care.
